• The email address on your Convivo account.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Your device and browser or app version, and a screenshot if you can.

Delete your account or data

Email contact@mularki.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm, then delete your account and the household information tied to it, as described in the privacy policy.

Report a security issue

If you think you've found a security problem in Convivo, email contact@mularki.com with "Security" in the subject. Please don't share details publicly until we've had a chance to fix it.
