Convivo privacy policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains how Mularki, LLC ("Mularki", "we") handles information in Convivo, our household app at myconvivo.com. We don't sell your personal information.

What Convivo collects

How we use it

Who can see it

Items you share are visible to the household members and people you share them with. Outside your household, we share information only with service providers that run Convivo for us (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and AI processing), under contracts that limit them to providing that service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and the household information tied to it, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Security

We protect Convivo with encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change most of your information in Convivo. You can ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion by emailing contact@mularki.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law; we'll honor them and won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

Convivo accounts are for adults. Parents can add children to their household, for example to track their activities, and are responsible for that information. We don't knowingly let children under 13 create accounts.

Changes and contact

We'll update this page when the policy changes and change the date above. Questions: contact@mularki.com, or Mularki, LLC, 90 State Street, STE 700 Office 40, Albany, NY 12207.
